Well he was a teeny weeny bit when he was writing text pages for Vampire Tales.
He kept using "penultimate" as if to mean "the best of" or "ultimate".
For those as ignorant as Chris "penultimate" only means "second to last" ( in this case the "ultimate" in penultimate is taking its meaning of "last" and not "the best example of" ).
I wonder if someone corrected him at some point - certainly the editor of Vampire Tales was asleep on the job.
