DC Archives Message Board • Wonder Woman: the uncollected 1998-2000 period

So, after John Byrne and before Phil Jimenez we had issues #137 (september 1998) to #162 (november 2000). A 27-issue period, of which 18 were written by Eric Luke. The rest were by Christopher Priest, Mark Millar, Doselle Young, Brian K. Vaughan and Ben Reeb. Probably none of these have been collected, at least not in the past 15 years. Considering the big names, I find it odd that this period remains entirely uncollected. It would seem like an easy omnibus.

Personally I find it irritating, since I finished Byrne's run last year and I have pretty much everything after 2000 waiting to be read. I started reading Wonder Woman with the first Perez omni in 2021 and it's been mostly a great ride. The question is: is this period good enough to wait for a collection? Does anything significant happen here? Or should I just skip to Jimenez? Knowing DC, they might announce tomorrow an omni or a Finest for this september, or release it after all the BA Batman collections.
